But you are also the solution to the problem if you are the leader. You are in control and can make whatever changes need to be made on the spot. Look at the direction of your company, hold yourself accountable, and pivot were necessary.

Take stock in what you see going sideways in your business and jump on top of creating a plan to get everyone and everything in line. Yes this means taking extra time, but once you list out what needs to get done, assign who needs to get it done, formulate some kind of accountability – you can more easily scale what you have going. Make it efficient and systematized. No more winging it.
